Mr. Davis is a safety, health and training professional with 42 years of underground mining experience in metal/non-metal mines and construction tunnels. He has worked closely in the management of compliance requirements and has interacted with regulatory agencies including the Mine Safety and Health Administration, State Health Department and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
Mr. Davis’ expertise in mine safety, training and operations includes foreign experience in Australia, Canada, Chile, China, Great Britain, Holland, Indonesia, Mexico, Peru and Spain.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management and a Master of Arts Degree in Curriculum and Instructional Design, both from Colorado Christian University. Mr. Davis is also a Certified Mine Safety Professional and is an MSHA approved instructor in the areas of New Miner (both surface and underground), Annual Refresher, First Aid, Mine Rescue, Self Rescuer (Part 57) and Instructor-Instructor. He is also certified in Level 2 Draeger BG4 care and maintenance.
