Mr. Bartell graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Maryland – Baltimore County and has taken graduate-level courses at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and participated in various seminars at the Harvard School of Public Health. He also has an active Q and upper level security clearance. He is the President/Principal of Covenant Park Integrated Initiatives.
