Mr. Dobosh has over 35 years of mining and management experience in coal and metal/non-metal mining operations, both surface and underground. He has been responsible and accountable in the areas of safety and loss prevention, industrial health, risk management, regulatory compliance, mine fire and rescue, mine emergency preparedness, training, human resources, and operations.
Mr. Dobosh has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education (Social Studies) from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and is certified in safety and health. He has MSHA certification as an instructor in respirable dust sampling, environmental noise monitoring, industrial hygiene, mine rescue, impoundment and supervisor’s training. He is also certified in National Occupational Safety Association safety management training, safety instructor training, system implementation and hazard identification and risk assessment.
