With over 40 years of experience in Mine Health and Safety, Mr. Pavlovich has served the coal mining industry in areas of mine safety, including safety evaluations, audits and initiatives. He has been involved in introducing mine safety practices and procedures into the coal mining industry of the Ukraine, working with U.S. and Ukrainian government officials.
Mr. Pavlovich graduated from Point Park College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. He has designed and developed a Mine Emergency Training Program, conducted safety audits at over 60 underground and 15 surface coal mines and participated in Mine Safety Programs in Russia, Ukraine, Poland, South Africa and the United States.
He is a Certified Mine Foreman in the states of West Virginia and Oklahoma, a Certified Instructor in all areas of Mine Safety Training, including Mine Rescue and has been awarded the Secretary of Labor Exceptional Achievement Award on three separate occasions.
