He is accountable for achieving performance objectives including safety, cost, quality, production and availability. His areas of expertise include: strategic planning, due-diligence, financial evaluation, business planning, contract development and negotiation, multi-departmental management, project engineering, dispute resolution, operations improvement, regulatory and environmental compliance, OH&S management processes and plans, procedure development, systems optimization, process and quality control and high performance team building.
