Director of Organizational Behavior and Emerging Markets
Dr. Guasta joined SSI in 2012 and is responsible for directing the organizational behavior division and develops emerging markets to promote occupational safety and heath. With a focus on occupational culture and safety leadership, Dr. Guasta is recognized as a behavioral scientist and researcher. She is published in these areas and has delivered numerous presentations at professional meetings and industry conferences.
