With over 36 years of experience in Mine Health and Safety, Randy has worked in various mining locations in the United States and internationally. His concentration includes entrepreneurial development, operational efficiency, team development and financial management.
Mr. Tatton has OHSAS 18000-1 lead auditor certification, is a certified mine safety professional, MSHA instructor in all areas and holds certificates as a mine foreman, fireboss, surface foreman and underground electric (low, medium) in the State of Utah; respirable dust (sampling and calibration) and noise (sampling and calibration).
Mr. Tatton’s professional training includes managing for results, bleeder and gob evaluation, accident analysis and problem identification, national conference to eliminate silicosis, performance management, behavioral based safety, surface haulage, occupational risk assessment and managing safety performance. He is the President/Principal of Mining Health and Safety Solutions.
