Mr. Maxwell brings over 40 years of experience in loss control/safety and health management as a specialist, supervisor, manager, director and consultant. He has domestic and international experience and academic knowledge of safety and health management practices, emergency services and fire protection, and infrastructure. He has developed and implemented corporate policies, operating procedures and special safety programs in a number of critical areas.
Mr. Maxwell is a tested and certified mine safety professional, MSHA instructor for surface, underground and mine rescue and member of various professional organizations including American Society of Safety Engineers and International Society of Mine Safety Professionals.
